Assistant Sales Manager – Technical Sales

Homsense is looking for a technically knowledgeable Assistant Sales Manager to handle sales of smart home automation and related automation solutions. The candidate should have strong client-handling skills, technical product knowledge, and the ability to guide a sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads.
- Meet clients, architects, builders, and developers to understand their requirements.
- Explain home automation products, lighting control, security systems, and related solutions.
- Prepare technical quotations and proposals in coordination with internal teams.
- Handle client meetings, product demonstrations, negotiations, and sales closures.
- Guide the sales team and monitor daily follow-ups and sales targets.
- Conduct daily and weekly sales review meetings.
- Coordinate with Design, Programming, Purchase, and Operations teams for project requirements and handover.
- Maintain lead records, quotation status,



sales reports, and follow-up schedules.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.

Requirements

- 3–5 years of experience in technical sales, home automation, electrical systems, or related fields.
- Technical knowledge of automation products and electrical systems.
- Valuable communication, presentation, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Ability to understand technical requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Experience in team coordination or sales team supervision is preferred.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
