Key Responsibilities -

- Meet sales goals and develop sales strategies to achieve them

- Contact potential and existing customers by phone, email and in person

- Build relationships with IT consultants, project management consultants and OEMs to expand the network and generate more prospects

- Research prospects and qualify them

- Handle customer questions, inquiries and complaints when required

- Prepare and send quotes and proposals

- Manage the sales process through specific software programs

- Build and maintain the CRM database

- Meet monthly and yearly sales targets

- Participate in sales team meetings
