Role Description The Assistant Project Manager - Luxury/Premium Retail Fit Out is a full-time, on-site role based in Saket. This role supports the planning and execution of store fit-out projects, from concept to completion, ensuring that design standards and brand guidelines are met.

Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with contractors, vendors, and internal teams, monitoring project timelines, and assisting with procurement and delivery schedules. The role involves maintaining project documentation, tracking site progress, supporting inspections and quality checks, and helping resolve on-site issues to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

Manager will also collaborate on logistical planning for store openings, upgrades,



and maintenance activities.

Working Days : Monday - Saturday

Working Hours : 11am-8pm

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Expediting and experience working as an Expeditor to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills, including planning, coordination, scheduling, and stakeholder communication.
- Candidates should possess Inspection skills to support quality control, site checks, and adherence to safety and design standards.
- Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to oversee material flow, warehousing, dispatch, and on-site inventory for fit-out projects.
- Relevant qualifications such as a degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field are beneficial.
- Experience in luxury or premium retail fit-out projects, including working with design teams, contractors, and suppliers, is preferred.
- Solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work on-site and coordinate with diverse teams.
