Symbiosis Centre for Corporate Education (SCCE) invites applications from qualified academic professionals for the position of Assistant Professor in Human Resource Management (HRM) or Artificial Intelligence (AI).

We are looking for professionals with solid subject expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver practical, industry-oriented learning experiences for working corporate professionals.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging and application-oriented sessions in Human Resource Management or Artificial Intelligence.
- Develop, redesign, and continuously update curricula, syllabi, and course materials in line with emerging industry trends.
- Incorporate practical examples, case studies, and real-world business applications into teaching.
- Stay updated on current developments and emerging trends in the respective discipline.
- Design learning experiences that emphasise hands-on application rather than purely theoretical instruction.
- Engage effectively with corporate professionals and diverse stakeholders.

Eligibility Criteria For Human Resource Management (HRM):

- Ph.D. in Human Resource Management (HRM).





For Artificial Intelligence (AI):

- Ph.D. in Management with a specialisation in Artificial Intelligence (AI).

Additional Requirements:

- Relevant academic teaching experience; corporate or industry experience will be preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and deliver practical, application-oriented learning programmes.
- Scopus/Web of Science-indexed publications, subject to the institution's final eligibility requirements.

Work Schedule
- Availability to conduct classes on weekends is essential, as the programmes cater to working corporate professionals who attend classes outside their regular working hours.
- One weekday leave and one alternative compensatory off will be provided as per the applicable work schedule.
