The role involves teaching respective stream’s subjects, conducting practical sessions, mentoring students, and contributing to academic excellence and industry-

oriented learning.

Key Responsibilities

Teaching and Academic Delivery Conduct practical training, demonstrations, and role-play sessions* Prepare lesson plans, assessments, assignments, and academic records* Mentor students for internships, placements, and career development* Organize industry visits, guest lectures,

workshops,



and academic events* Manage laboratory activities and hospitality simulations*

Participate in curriculum development, research, and institutional activities* Ensure effective classroom management and student engagement

Requirements

- Master’s Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Tourism Management, or a related field* Relevant teaching and/or industry experience* Strong communication, presentation,

and interpersonal skills* Sound knowledge of procedures, and operations of respective stream*

Ability to conduct practical training and student mentoring* Proficiency in MS Office and hotel management software
