​Position: Professor / Assistant Professor

Job Type: Full-time | In office

Department: Academic & Nursing Education Services

​We are looking for passionate, academically oriented Nursing Faculty to educate, train, and mentor the next generation of healthcare professionals across GNM, B.Sc Nursing, and Post-Basic Nursing programs.

​Key Responsibilities

​Academic Instruction: Deliver engaging lectures, practical demonstrations, and interactive learning sessions strictly aligned with INC (Indian Nursing Council) and university curriculums.

​Clinical Supervision: Guide and oversee nursing students during their clinical rotations and hands-on training within the multi-specialty wards and OTs of Alam Hospital.

​Lab & Simulation Training: Conduct practical skills training in nursing foundation labs, anatomy/physiology labs, and maternal-child simulation labs.

​Evaluation & Mentorship: Prepare lesson plans, question papers, evaluate internal assessments, and provide continuous academic counseling to students.

​Institutional Governance: Participate in INC/University inspection preparations, academic committee meetings, curriculum development, and co-curricular student activities.





​Qualifications & Requirements

​Education: M.Sc Nursing

​Experience:

​ 3+ years of teaching or clinical experience

​Assistant Professor: 3+ years of post-M.Sc teaching experience in a recognized nursing college.

​Licensure: Active registration with the State Nursing Council (JNC or any state council eligible for transfer).

​Skills: Strong subject expertise, excellent classroom delivery in Hindi and English, patience, and dedication to academic excellence.
