Role Description The Assistant Manager Technology – Curing is a full time, on-site role based in Aurangabad. This role is responsible for overseeing curing technology processes in tyre manufacturing, ensuring that equipment, systems, and workflows meet productivity, quality, and safety standards.

Day-to-day tasks include monitoring curing operations, coordinating with production and maintenance teams, analyzing process data, and implementing improvements to reduce defects and optimize cycle times. The position also involves supporting technology upgrades, managing small projects related to curing systems, preparing technical documentation, and ensuring adherence to regulatory and internal compliance requirements.

Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide guidance to operators and technicians,



and report performance metrics and progress on improvement initiatives to senior management.

Qualifications

- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret production data, diagnose process issues, and propose effective technical solutions.
- Solid foundation in Information Technology for working with manufacturing systems, data collection tools, and basic automation interfaces.
- Experience in Project Management to plan, execute, and track curing-related technology initiatives within timelines and budgets.
- Demonstrated Team Leadership ability to coordinate operators, technicians, and cross-functional stakeholders in a plant environment.
- Experience in tyre manufacturing or process-based heavy industry, especially in curing, vulcanization, Mixing calender extruder tire building tire curing or similar operations, preferred.
- Knowledge of safety standards, quality systems, and continuous improvement methodologies (such as Lean, 5S, or Kaizen).
- Effective communication skills and ability to document processes, reports, and improvement plans clearly.
- Willingness to work on-site in Aurangabad and to engage in hands-on process and equipment activities.
