Job Title / Role: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake to onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to understand manpower requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media and market mapping.
- Screen and assess candidate suitability against role requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and drive closures within agreed timelines.
- Manage offer discussions, negotiations and onboarding activities.
- Build talent pipelines for recurring and niche skill requirements.
- Support diversity hiring and employer branding initiatives.
- Track recruitment metrics including TAT, source effectiveness, offer acceptance and quality of hire.
- Ensure excellent candidate and stakeholder experience.
Qualifications
- MBA (Regular) Human Resources or related discipline.

- Robust communication, stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
