Job Summary

Logistics & Supply Chain Operations

Responsibilities

- Strong knowledge of SAP, Transportation Management System (TMS),MS Excel, and other logistics & planning applications.

- Manage and coordinate with customers and internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and ensure achievement of defined SLA, KPI, and service-level objectives.

- Knowledge of Demand Planning and Inventory Management, including stock availability, DOH (Days on Hand), SKU planning, replenishment requirements, and urgent/same-day order management.

- Customer handling and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to resolve operational issues and maintain effective business relationships.





- Good understanding of end-to-end warehouse and transportation operations.

- Coordinate with warehouse teams, transporters, vendors, customers, and internal functions to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

- Analyse operational data and prepare MIS/reports to monitor performance, identify trends, and support business decisions.

- Ensure timely resolution of system, planning, warehouse, and transportation-related issues in coordination with relevant teams.

NOTE: This role will be WFH based at GGN.
