Assistant Manager / Manager – Service (Spares Management) (Of Roll)

Location: Pimpri, Pune

Qualification: BE / Diploma / Graduate

Experience: 3–5 Years

Reporting To: National Service Head

Key Responsibilities

- Manage spare parts planning and pan-India inventory for fans, water geysers, room heaters, etc.
- Ensure spare parts availability across all branches based on sales and consumption.
- Create material codes and purchase requisitions in SAP MM.
- Coordinate with the Purchase Department for timely procurement.
- Monitor excess and non-moving inventory and fulfil pending spare parts requests.
- Coordinate with Branch Service Heads and ASCs for spares support and billing.
- Prepare MIS reports on inventory, consumption, and spare parts availability.

Required Skills
- Experience in spare parts management, inventory, and warehouse operations.
- Knowledge of SAP MM and CRM.
- Good command of MS Excel and MIS reporting.
- Robust communication,



coordination, and analytical skills.

Note: This position is off-roll for one year. Based on satisfactory performance, the candidate may be considered for absorption onto the rolls of Finolex Cables Ltd., subject to management approval.
