About the Role
Subhasri Pigments is hiring an Assistant Manager for Sales & Marketing to drive revenue growth across our pigment business. This is a hands-on role covering the full cycle — from identifying new customers and industries through to order fulfilment, collections, and key-account management. You will work closely with production, quality, dispatch and finance teams, and represent the company at exhibitions and industry events.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Identify new customers, industries and market opportunities.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing key accounts and customers.
- Generate enquiries, prepare quotations and negotiate commercial terms.
- Coordinate with production, quality, dispatch and finance teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
- Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with customers for collections.
- Conduct regular customer visits and represent the company at exhibitions and industry events.
- Study competitor activity, pricing trends and customer requirements.
- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports and performance reviews for management.
- Handle customer complaints and coordinate their timely resolution.
- Guide and support junior members of the sales team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Commerce or Business Administration.
- MBA in Marketing preferred.
Required Skills
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and develop new business.
- Good commercial understanding and customer-handling skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, ERP software, sales reporting and CRM systems.
- Willingness to travel extensively for customer meetings.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate across departments
Pay: Up to ₹1,000,000.00 per year
