Key Responsibilities

- Own monthly and quarterly revenue targets by channel: own website, marketplaces

and quick commerce.

- Build and run the growth plan: new customer acquisition, repeat purchase, average

order value and conversion.

- Plan pricing, discounts, bundles and promotions with margin in mind.

- Work with Marketing on performance campaigns, and track CAC, ROAS and

channel-wise return.

- Work with marketplace and quick commerce platform teams on listings, visibility, ads

and sale events.

- Plan sale calendars (festive and seasonal) together with Operations so stock and

delivery are ready.

- Analyse sales, customer and cohort data; share insights and recommendations

weekly.

- Use customer feedback from the CX team to improve products, listings and offers.

- Run experiments (A/B tests, offers,



new channels) and report what worked.

- Prepare revenue dashboards and review them with leadership every month.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Marketing or Business preferred.

- Experience growing revenue in D2C, e-commerce or marketplace businesses.

- Strong analytical skills; advanced Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with GA4,

Meta/Google Ads dashboards and Shopify-type platforms is a plus.

- Positive understanding of unit economics: margin, CAC, LTV and contribution.

- Transparent thinking and the ability to present numbers to senior, non-technical leaders.
