- Lead development of Water Heaters, Ceiling Fans, and Air Coolers from concept to commercialization.
- Define product specifications based on market and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with OEMs, suppliers, and cross-functional teams for timely project execution.
- Drive product testing, validation, and performance improvements.
- Manage BIS, BEE, and other regulatory compliance activities.
- Execute value engineering and cost reduction initiatives.
- Review BOMs, technical specifications, drawings, and product documentation.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking and identify product enhancement opportunities.
- Monitor project timelines, risks, and launch readiness.
