Key Responsibilities

- Assist in the day-to-day management and coordination of hospital operations.
- Monitor operational activities to ensure smooth workflow across departments.
- Coordinate with HODs and departmental teams to address operational issues.
- Monitor patient flow, waiting time, service quality, and patient satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, SOPs, and applicable NABH standards.
- Identify operational gaps and implement corrective and preventive measures.
- Monitor operational performance indicators and prepare periodic reports.
- Support manpower planning, duty allocation, and resource utilization.
- Handle patient and departmental escalations and facilitate timely resolution.
- Coordinate with support services,



including housekeeping, security, maintenance, and patient care services.
- Assist in developing and implementing operational improvement initiatives.
- Support internal audits, quality improvement activities, and documentation.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination between clinical and non-clinical departments.
- Perform additional responsibilities assigned by the Operations Manager or senior management.
