About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and results driven professional to join our Operations team as an Assistant Manager. The role involves managing day to day operations, leading team performance, and ensuring productivity, quality, Turnaround Time (TAT), and Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage the operations team to achieve business and performance targets.
- Performance Monitoring: Track daily volumes, pending queues, case aging, productivity, quality, TAT, and SLA performance.
- Manpower Planning: Manage capacity planning, resource allocation, shift scheduling, and workforce requirements.
- MIS and Reporting: Prepare and analyze MIS reports, performance dashboards, and operational metrics to support decision making.
- Root Cause Analysis: Identify the root causes of quality issues and TAT/SLA misses, and implement corrective actions.




- Escalation Management: Handle operational and client escalations, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, quality, and turnaround time in coordination with cross functional teams.
