Identify high-potential residential pockets for outreach.

Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and medical teams for camp planning, scheduling, and staffing.

Grow the patient funnel by OPDs, health screenings, and doctor consultations.

Manage all communication and documentation for tie-ups and follow-ups.

Coordinate printing and placement of standees, brochures, danglers, signage, hoardings, and display units.

Ensure branding guidelines, medical compliance, and ethics code are followed.

Track leads generated through outreach programs,



health camps, and OPDs.

Maintain daily MIS of Footfalls, Registrations, Leads forwarded to consultant OPDs & Conversions

Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports for: Activity performance, Budget utilization

Lead conversions and ROI

Coordinate with RWAs, corporates, mall authorities, municipal bodies for permission IV. KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS Measurable Deliverables

Ensuring brand guidelines.

Ensuring regular meetings with doctors for breakthrough cases

Ensuring timely closure of Media Opportunities
