Key Responsibilities-**

-  An Assistant Manager Maintenance helps direct daily plant or facility upkeep, supervises
- technical teams and executes for Preventive Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance,
- Predictive Maintenance, Reactive Maintenance, Routine Inspections, CBM, RMS and
- Emergency Repairs to ensure equipment reliability, minimize downtime and maintain safe
- and effective operations.
-  Supervise the plant maintenance team for all maintenance processes and operations with
- objective to minimize the breakdown during scheduled operation time.
-  Able to helping the shoot out Mechanical, Electrical and Automation issues in plant.
-  Well versed with the PLC’s VFD’s, Electrical Systems, Mechanical System functioning & it’s
- troubleshot.
-  Capabilities to maintain & co-relate the data.
-  HT & LT system, RO, Boiler, Compressor, DG.
-  Carry out Inspections of the facility to identify issues & Proactive.
-  Track expenses and oversee the budget for maintenance.
-  Ensure and implementation of all required work permits related to the safety policies and
- procedures.
-  Prepare master plan, implement & track the Preventive Maintenance schedules of plant
- equipment.
-  Ownership on the department documents (daily reports, maintenance logs, M&R; cost,breakdown analysis, plant uptime)
-  Track spare parts stock levels,



coordinate procurement and assist in controlling
- departmental costs.
-  To maintain the GMP, GHP, QMS and EHS standards of the organisation.

Key Requirements-

-  Excellent Trouble shooting skills through analysis and systematic approach
-  Effective communication and interpersonal Skills.
-  Demonstrated strong team management and collaboration skills, effectively coordinating
- with cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals and ensure efficient workflow.
-  Run preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance schedules.
-  Help to fix problems for mechanical, electrical, automation, hydraulic, or pneumatic
- equipment failures.
-  Lead, train and schedule daily shifts for maintenance staff.
-  Track machine performance metrics like uptime, MTBF, and MTTR.
-  Manage spare parts inventory and vendor/contractor relations.
-  Collaborate with production departments, quality, production control, and engineering to provide best in class product quality
-  Dedicated to supporting multi-site production by working in a safe, quality-focused manner.

Experience

-  5 to 7 years of experience in Plant Maintenance role.
-  FMCG and Beverage manufacturing companies experience is preferable.

Education

-  B.E/B.tech in Mechanical/Electrical/instrumentation/Automation Engineering
