Purpose:

To manage and coordinate logistics operations, transportation, dispatches, inventory movement, and vendor activities to ensure timely deliveries, cost efficiency, and smooth supply chain operations.

Qualifications:

Graduate in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field. A relevant postgraduate qualification or diploma will be an added advantage.

Experience:

· 4.5–6 years of relevant experience in logistics, transportation, dispatch, warehouse coordination, or supply chain operations.

· Experience in vendor management, logistics documentation, and ERP systems is preferred.

Job Location: Nariman Point, Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage pan-India online bookings for same-day and next-day deliveries.

· Coordinate transportation, dispatch, shipment tracking, and last-mile delivery.

· Train and supervise 3PL partners for delivery, pickup, and material handling.

· Track pending shipments and resolve delivery delays and operational issues.

· Ensure proper material storage, rack management, and MIS updates.

· Conduct physical stock verification and weekly inventory reconciliation.





· Maintain logistics documentation, including waybills, e-way bills, and delivery records.

· Negotiate vendor rates, finalize logistics partners, and execute agreements.

· Verify and approve logistics invoices and control transportation costs.

· Process insurance claims for damaged, lost, or missing materials.

· Monitor delivery performance, stock accuracy, service quality, and logistics costs.

· Ensure statutory compliance and adherence to audit requirements.

· Resolve logistics complaints through effective internal and vendor coordination.

· Identify process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.

Key Competencies:

· Proficiency in MS Excel, MIS reporting, and ERP systems.
