Job Summary We are hiring an experienced Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – Sales & Marketing for a Japanese-based automotive manufacturing company located in the Sri City / Tada region of Andhra Pradesh.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in sales operations, customer relationship management, business development, market analysis, and commercial negotiations. Candidates with experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day sales operations and ensure effective customer service.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Identify new customers and develop business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
- Monitor Indian automobile market trends and developments in the global automotive industry.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Negotiate pricing, commercial terms,



and business agreements with customers.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth sales operations and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare sales reports, market analysis, and business development plans.
- Drive customer acquisition, repeat business, and long-term customer relationships.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering is mandatory.
- 10–15 years of overall professional experience.
- Minimum 6–7 years of relevant Sales & Marketing experience.
- Previous experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry is preferred.
- Robust knowledge of sales operations, marketing strategies, and business development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation, persuasion, and negotiation abilities.
- Good understanding of automotive market trends and customer requirements.
- Ability to develop new business opportunities and maintain customer relationships.

Salary & Employment
- Annual CTC: ₹7,00,000–₹9,00,000.
- Full-time, on-roll employment with the company, subject to employer confirmation.
- Candidates available to join immediately or within 30 days will be preferred.
