Job Summary

Responsible for the overall management of Process and maintaining of guaranteed parameters.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinating activities with field operators to ensure safe and reliable operations.
- Operate, manage, regulate, and control process variables.
- Analyse current processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement process changes to improve efficiency and increase productivity.

Other Responsibilities

- Maintain a safe work environment and ensuring all equipment are in proper working condition.
- Ensures staff is up-to-date with all local regulations and environmental guideline.
- Develop and deliver training programs for refinery operators and maintenance staff on systems and process equipments.
- Work with cross-functional teams to address process-related problems.

Technical Competencies

- Strong understanding of biorefinery (1G/2G) ) processes, systems, and safety protocols.
- Ability to interpret (PFD and P&IDs;) to ensure correct system functionality.
- Robust analytical and diagnostic skills to identify and resolve process issues.

Knowledge and Skills

- Suggest ideas for operational changes / improvements, process control,



maintenance priorities and scheduling
- Skilled in Analysing & rectifying the system problems for improving plant & overall efficiency
- Creating SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) as per field conditions
- Problem-solving skills: Need to be able to identify, analyse, and resolve issues
- Ability to interpret data of lab analysis and suggest suitable process rectification at site.
