Responsibilities:

- Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
- Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
- Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
- Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
- Manage and Educate existing customers with more product inputs and generate more business
- Knowledge of Internet marketing/Email marketing is preferred but not must




- Support management in strategic planning by giving periodic inputs regarding the ground realities in the market and suggesting improvements.

Requirements:

- Diploma/Bachelor s degree in Engineering, business, marketing or related field.
- Experience in sales, marketing or related field.

- Robust communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.

Preference:

- Graduation in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering is preferred
- MBA with Marketing is preferred but not must.
- Candidate with 2 or more years of industrial product business development at all India exposure is preferred.
