Role Description The Assistant Branch Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Ahmedabad Area. This position supports the Branch Manager in overseeing day-to-day branch operations, including managing staff, coordinating work schedules, and ensuring efficient service delivery to customers. The role involves monitoring sales performance, implementing branch-level sales strategies, managing inventory and logistics, and maintaining compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Manager is expected to handle customer queries and escalations,



work closely with corporate and regional teams, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. The role also includes preparing periodic reports, supporting budgeting and cost control efforts, and fostering a positive, performance-oriented work environment.

Qualifications

- Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience in supervising teams and coordinating branch operations.
- Solid customer service and relationship management abilities, including handling escalations and maintaining long-term client partnerships.
- Experience in sales, business development, or retail/branch management, preferably in automotive, glass, or manufacturing-related industries.
- Competence in operational planning, inventory control, and basic financial understanding (budgeting, cost tracking, and reporting).
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior management.
- Proficiency in using office productivity tools and business software (e.g., MS Office, ERP/CRM systems) for reporting and data analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent qualification is an advantage.
- Proven ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on safety, quality, and adherence to company standards.
- Knowledge of local market dynamics in the Greater Ahmedabad Area and fluency in English and local languages is beneficial.
