Job Summary

Smaaash Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic and service-oriented Assistant Bartender to support daily bar operations at its entertainment centre in Prabhadevi, Mumbai.

This opportunity is suitable for freshers and candidates with up to 6 months of experience who are interested in learning beverage preparation, bar operations and guest service.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the bartender in preparing and serving cocktails, mocktails and other beverages as per company standards.
- Support daily bar operations and ensure timely beverage service.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar counter, equipment and workstations.
- Assist with stock management, inventory checks and replenishment of bar supplies.
- Handle guest requests and coordinate with the service team to ensure a positive guest experience.
- Assist with POS operations, billing and payment processing as required.
- Follow standard operating procedures and food safety and hygiene guidelines.




- Ensure bar equipment, glassware and service areas are clean and properly maintained.
- Support the team during busy service periods and special events.

Requirements
- Freshers and candidates with up to 6 months of relevant experience may apply.
- Basic knowledge of cocktail and mocktail preparation is preferred.
- Interest in bartending, beverage service and hospitality operations.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic understanding of cleanliness, hygiene and stock handling.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and support daily operational requirements.

Salary and Benefits
- Monthly salary of ₹12,000–₹16,000, depending on suitability.
