Role & responsibilities

- Manage daily warehouse and 3PL logistics operations, ensuring smooth execution of activities.

- Oversee inbound and outbound operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, dispatch, and order fulfilment.

- Monitor inventory accuracy, stock reconciliation, cycle counting, and physical stock audits.

- Ensure adherence to client requirements, SOPs, service-level agreements (SLAs), and key performance indicators (KPIs).

- Manage manpower allocation, shift planning, productivity, and workforce utilization.

- Coordinate with clients, transporters, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries and operational efficiency.

- Monitor warehouse productivity, turnaround time (TAT), order accuracy, and dispatch performance.

- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly,



and monthly MIS reports related to operations, inventory, and productivity.

- Ensure effective utilization of warehouse space, equipment, and other operational resources.

- Identify process gaps and implement corrective and preventive actions to improve operational efficiency.

- Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality procedures, and company policies.

- Handle customer escalations and resolve operational issues within defined timelines.

- Support cost control initiatives and drive continuous improvement in warehouse and logistics processes.
