Role Description The Assembly Operator role is a full time, on-site position based in Delhi, India.
The Assembly
Operator will be responsible for operating machinery, assembling components on production lines, and following standard operating procedures to meet daily production targets. This role involves conducting basic quality checks, reporting defects or issues, and maintaining cleanliness and safety in the work area.

Operator will also collaborate with team members, follow instructions from supervisors,
and participate in training to improve technical and safety-related skills.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Machine Operation and working with Production Lines.
- Candidates should possess skills related to Quality Control, including basic inspection and defect reporting.
- Candidates should possess Communication skills for effective coordination with team members and supervisors.
- Candidates should possess Training-related skills, including the ability to learn new procedures and support knowledge sharing.
- Basic educational qualification such as a high school diploma or equivalent; technical/vocational training in manufacturing or machinery operation is an advantage.
- Ability to follow safety guidelines, work in a fast-paced environment, and stand for extended periods.
- Prior experience in assembly, manufacturing, or automotive production is beneficial but not mandatory.
