Job Title: Pump Assembly Technician / Assembly Operator Industry: Hydraulic Pump Manufacturing Department: Production / Assembly Job Summary: We are looking for a Pump Assembly Technician to assemble hydraulic pumps and related components as per engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities: Assemble hydraulic pumps and components as per work instructions. Fit pistons, shafts, seals, bearings, valves, and other pump parts. Read and understand basic engineering drawings and assembly instructions.

Use hand tools, torque wrenches, and other assembly tools. Perform visual inspection and basic functional testing of assembled pumps. Identify assembly defects, leakage, and component mismatches.



Maintain quality standards and follow production targets.

Follow workplace safety procedures and maintain 5S standards.

Required Skills: Basic knowledge of mechanical assembly. Knowledge of hydraulic pumps and components is an advantage. Ability to use basic hand tools and measuring instruments. Attention to detail and willingness to learn. ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
