About the Role

Grath Entertainment is looking for an experienced and proactive Talent Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of creators/influencers, particularly across Beauty, Skincare, Fitness, Wellness and Lifestyle categories.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in creator/influencer management, brand collaborations, talent relationships and campaign execution, with a good understanding of the digital and influencer marketing ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and build strong, long-term relationships with influencers, creators and artists.

Handle a portfolio of creators across Beauty, Skincare, Fitness, Wellness and Lifestyle categories.

Identify suitable brand collaboration opportunities for managed talents.

Negotiate commercials, deliverables, contracts and campaign terms with brands/agencies.

Coordinate with internal campaign and business development teams for smooth campaign execution.

Understand creator profiles, audience demographics, engagement and content style to identify relevant opportunities.

Develop strategies to increase the visibility, engagement and commercial value of managed creators.





Handle end-to-end communication with creators and ensure timely delivery of campaign requirements.

Track creator performance, brand collaborations and revenue opportunities.

Stay updated with influencer marketing trends, social media platforms and emerging creators.

Resolve creator/brand concerns and maintain strong qualified relationships.

Explore new opportunities for talent growth, including brand partnerships, events, content collaborations and other commercial opportunities.

Required Skills & Experience

5–8 years of experience in Talent Management, Influencer Marketing, Creator Management, Artist Management or Digital Marketing.

Strong experience working with Beauty, Skincare, Fitness, Wellness and Lifestyle brands/creators.

Good understanding of Instagram, YouTube and other social media platforms.

Strong influencer/creator network will be an added advantage.

Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.

Ability to manage multiple creators and campaigns simultaneously.

Strong commercial understanding with the ability to negotiate and close collaborations.

Good knowledge of influencer marketing campaigns, deliverables, commercials and brand requirements.

Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced entertainment and digital environment.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
