Role & responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven AI/ML Engineer & Data Scientist with 1-2 years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Generative AI, and Data Analytics solutions that improve operational efficiency, reduce manual effort, enhance quality, and optimize business processes.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong combination of AI/ML technical expertise, data science capabilities, business process understanding, and solution implementation skills. Experience in healthcare, life sciences, clinical research, pharmaceutical, or CRO environments will be an added advantage.

This role will focus on identifying automation opportunities, building scalable AI-powered solutions, and delivering measurable improvements in productivity, turnaround time, compliance, accuracy, and cost efficiency across business functions.
