Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Articled Student based in Lucknow.

The Articled

Student will assist in day-to-day accounting work, including bookkeeping, voucher entry, and maintaining ledgers. The role involves supporting audit assignments, preparing working papers, verifying documents,



and assisting in drafting audit reports. The individual will help with preparation and filing of tax returns, GST and TDS compliances, and basic financial statements under supervision. The position also includes coordination with clients for data collection, documentation, and follow-ups, while learning and applying relevant accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements.

The Article

Student will get an exposure of IND AS compliant Statutory PSU Audits, Compliance Audits, Banking Sector Audits including Due diligence and Valuation Assignments.

Direct

Tax and Indirect Taxes assessment and litigations work will also be a part of the training part.
