Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Sales Manager with a background in field sales, preferably in the construction or building materials industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing the field sales team, developing new business opportunities, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, manage, and motivate the field sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies for business growth.
- Build relationships with builders, contractors, architects, dealers, distributors, and construction companies.
- Conduct regular field visits for client acquisition and business development.
- Identify new markets and generate potential business leads.
- Set sales targets, monitor team performance, and track conversions.
- Negotiate commercial terms, prepare proposals, and close deals.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.




- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and after-sales support.
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate in any discipline; a business or sales qualification is preferred.
- Proven experience in field sales and team management.
- Experience in construction, building materials, hardware, tiles, sanitaryware, cement, steel, or related industries is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of client acquisition, territory management, and business development.
- Proven ability to manage a sales team and achieve revenue targets.
- Good communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Willingness to travel for field visits and client meetings.
