We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to spearhead our business development initiatives in Palakkad. This role requires a confident communicator who can connect with high-value clients, developers, and stakeholders, while aligning with our brand’s excellence in design and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Business Development
- Identify and engage potential clients (homeowners, real estate developers, commercial property owners) through direct outreach, referrals, and networking
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads and convert them into active projects.
Client Relationship Management
- Meet prospective clients, understand their needs, and effectively communicate Techhome offerings.
- Coordinate with the design and execution teams to deliver customized proposals and close deals.
Strategic Market Development
- Build local partnerships with builders, realtors, and design consultants to generate continuous referrals.
- Represent Techhome at real estate expos, design conferences, and regional networking events in and around Districts.
Sales Reporting & Coordination
- Track performance and submit regular updates on leads, follow-ups, closures, and revenue forecasts.
- Collaborate with the Kerala head office and other regional teams to align sales strategies with overall goals.
Education: Any Graduate, Business Administration or related fields.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales is mandatory, Preferably in real estate, construction, or other premium B2C service industries.
- Solid knowledge of the local market is highly preferred.
- Minimum one-year commitment to our organization is expected.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Client-focused approach with ability to sell premium villas.
- Fluent in English and Malayalam (mandatory); knowledge of Tamil is a bonus
- Willingness to travel.
