- Manage and drive sales across assigned retail stores and territories.
- Achieve sales targets and improve store performance.
- Handle retail operations, visual merchandising, and stock management.
- Monitor store staff performance and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular store visits and prepare sales reports.
- Develop strategies to increase revenue and expand retail business.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in garment, apparel, or fashion retail is mandatory.
- Strong sales, team management, and communication skills.
- Experience in handling multiple retail stores or territories is preferred.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
