Job Summary

We are looking for a target-oriented Area Sales Manager to join our sales team. The role involves handling qualified leads, understanding customer requirements, recommending suitable properties, conducting property visits, and converting prospects into successful buyers.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle qualified leads through calls, virtual meetings, and in-person meetings.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable property options.
- Conduct and coordinate property/site visits with potential buyers.
- Explain property details, pricing, and NoBroker services.
- Negotiate with customers and facilitate successful deal closures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Follow up with leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Cross-sell relevant NoBroker services to customers.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Stay updated on property inventory, market trends, pricing, and customer demand.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.




- Sales experience; real estate or similar industry experience is preferred.
- Robust communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Ability to handle customer objections and close deals.
- Good knowledge of the local market.
- Target-driven and customer-focused approach.
- Own vehicle preferred.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and a local language.
- Willingness to work 6 days a week, including weekends.
