Role Description The Area Sales Executive is a full time, on-site role based in Kataka or Bhubaneshwar, responsible for driving sales and market presence for mattresses, pillows, and sleep accessories in the assigned territory. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and developing new dealers and retail partners, maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, and achieving sales targets. The role involves regular market visits, product demonstrations, and gathering market feedback to support business decisions.

The Area Sales

Executive will collaborate with internal teams on pricing, promotions,



and customer service, while preparing periodic sales reports and forecasts to support management and business planning.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in territory sales, dealer management, and retail channel development.
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships, with effective negotiation and closing skills.
- Competence in basic sales reporting, sales forecasting, and use of MS Office or similar tools.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present products clearly and confidently.
- Prior experience in FMCG, consumer durables, or mattress/sleep products sales is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently in the field, manage time effectively, and meet agreed sales targets.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area and visit retailers and dealers regularly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
