About the Role
Alpha Concrete is hiring a Sales Executive to promote and sell Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC), solid concrete blocks.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through construction site visits.
- Build relationships with builders, contractors, developers and purchase teams.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate quotations.
- Follow up on enquiries and quotations to secure orders.
- Coordinate with plant and dispatch teams for timely deliveries.
- Follow up on customer payments and outstanding dues.
- Achieve sales targets and maintain daily sales reports.
Requirements
- Valuable communication,
negotiation and customer relationship skills.
- Willingness to travel locally for field sales and site visits.
- Experience in RMC, construction materials or building products is preferred.
- Knowledge of the Bangalore construction market is an advantage.
- Ability to communicate in Kannada and English; Hindi is an added advantage.
