We are looking for an organized and responsible Coordinator to manage appointments, coordinate with team members, handle customers, track payments, and resolve customer issues.

Position: Area Executive

Experience: 1 to 3 yrs

Location: MarsForce NextGen, No. 58, 1st Main road, Raja Colony 3rd cross, Tiruchirappalli Collectorate, Tamil Nadu, 620001

Minimum Qualification: Any Degree / Candidate must have proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Coordinate with team members on daily activities and share important updates.
- Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely completion of work.
- Schedule customer appointments, send reminders, and maintain appointment records.
- Track invoices, payments, and pending transactions.
- Coordinate daily activities with the sales team.
- Follow up with Teams members regarding outstanding payments.
- Prepare reports and maintain customer records.




- Communicate with customers through calls, emails, and messages.
- Answer customer queries and provide updates on products, pricing, and order status.
- Handle customer complaints and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve issues.
- Maintain good customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare regular reports and complete assigned tasks on time.

Required Skills

- Valuable communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email.
- Good coordination and organizational skills.
- Customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
