We are looking for a skilled Architectural Draftsman with 4-5 years of experience to join our team in Panvel. The ideal candidate will have expertise in creating working drawings and proficiency in AutoCAD, particularly in 2D.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Prepare detailed architectural designs and plans using AutoCAD.
- Create working drawings and models for construction projects.
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure design accuracy and compliance.
- Develop and maintain project documentation and records.
- Conduct site visits to verify design implementation and provide feedback.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors to resolve design-related issues.
Job Requirements :
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, including 2D drafting and modeling.
- Experience in creating working drawings and architectural designs.
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Robust attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Skills: Working Drawings, AutoCAD, AutoCAD 2D, UPDCPR (Maharashtra), NAINA DCPR.
- Salary range: 300000-500000.
