We are looking for a creative, skilled, and detail-oriented Architect and Interior Designer to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of 2D working drawings, architectural drafting, and interior detailing, along with a valuable understanding of materials, furniture specifications, and design execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare accurate 2D architectural and interior working drawings.
- Develop detailed electrical layouts, plumbing layouts, flooring plans, and reflected ceiling plans (RCP).
- Create custom furniture drawings, joinery details, and technical specifications.
- Prepare detailed drawings using AutoCAD and ZWCAD.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of interior dimensions, materials, colors, finishes, and furniture specifications.
- Coordinate design drawings and technical details to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain accuracy, quality, and consistency across all drawings.

Required Skills & Qualifications




- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in interior design or architectural drafting.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and ZWCAD is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of 2D working drawings and construction detailing.
- Ability to prepare architectural and interior design drafts independently.
- Good understanding of materials, finishes, color combinations, and furniture specifications.
- Solid attention to detail, technical accuracy, and time management.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
