Role Description This full time, on-site Architect role is based in Varanasi and involves working on projects from initial concept through detailed design and execution. The Architect will develop architectural plans, elevations, and 3D visualizations; prepare construction drawings and specifications; and ensure designs meet safety, regulatory, and client requirements.

Daily responsibilities include coordinating with internal team members and external stakeholders, attending site visits, and supporting project timelines and quality standards. The role also involves contributing to design reviews, resolving design-related issues during construction,



and maintaining accurate documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development, space planning, and preparation of detailed drawings.
- Candidates should possess skills in Software Development and Integration as they relate to architectural tools, such as using design and visualization software and integrating multiple digital workflows.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills, including planning, coordination, and monitoring of project progress, budgets, and timelines.
- Proficiency in CAD/BIM and 3D rendering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion or similar) is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution; professional registration or progress toward licensure is an advantage.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a commitment to design quality.
- Ability to work on-site in Varanasi, conduct site visits, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and clients.
