We are looking for a skilled Architect with experience in AutoCAD, Vastu-based floor planning, RCC structural drawings, 3D building design, and exterior elevations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare Vastu-based residential and commercial floor plans.
- Develop RCC structural drawings, including foundation, column, beam, slab, and reinforcement details.
- Create 3D building plans and exterior elevations.
- Prepare detailed architectural and structural working drawings using AutoCAD.
- Coordinate with clients and the engineering team to meet project requirements.
- Revise drawings based on client feedback and design changes.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D building design software.
- Knowledge of Vastu principles and RCC structural detailing.
- Understanding of architectural drawings and construction practices.
- Valuable communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
