Role Description The Architect role at Aaral Design House is a full-time, on-site position based in Udaipur. This role involves leading architectural design projects from concept to completion, including developing design proposals, preparing detailed drawings, and coordinating with clients and internal teams.

The Senior

Architect will oversee project timelines, ensure design quality and compliance with relevant codes, and manage coordination with consultants and contractors. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing design iterations, guiding junior team members, integrating functional and aesthetic requirements, and participating in client presentations and site visits. The role requires a strong commitment to design excellence, practical functionality,



and alignment with ADH’s human-centered design philosophy.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with experience delivering high-quality, functional, and experiential spaces.
- Proficiency in relevant Software Development and Integration tools for architectural workflows (e.g., CAD/BIM platforms, design visualization, and coordination tools).
- Demonstrated Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, resource coordination, and stakeholder communication.
- Experience leading design teams, mentoring junior designers, and collaborating effectively with clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Ability to translate conceptual ideas into detailed, buildable designs while maintaining aesthetic and functional integrity.
- Knowledge of local building codes, construction practices, and sustainable design principles.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a closely related field, with qualified licensure or eligibility preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills, with fluency in English; familiarity with local languages is an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
