Job Overview

We are looking for an Arabic Language Proficient Backend Operations Executive to manage day-to-day operational activities involving Arabic-language communication and documentation. The ideal candidate must have strong Arabic language skills and the ability to understand, interpret, and process Arabic-language information accurately.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day backend operations and administrative tasks.
- Read, understand, and process Arabic-language documents, messages, and business-related information.
- Communicate with Arabic-speaking stakeholders whenever required.
- Maintain operational records, databases, reports, and trackers with a high level of accuracy.
- Verify information, update internal systems, and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational queries and discrepancies.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and operational procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Arabic language proficiency is mandatory.
- Good understanding of Arabic reading and writing.




- Ability to understand Arabic conversations and communicate effectively.
- Positive English communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and computer-based operations.
- Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and time management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates with a degree or certification in Arabic Language, Arabic Studies, or a related field will be preferred.
- Freshers with strong Arabic proficiency can apply.
- Candidates with prior experience in backend operations, data processing, customer support, or documentation will have an added advantage.

Important Note

Arabic language proficiency is mandatory. Candidates without Arabic language skills will not be considered for this role.
