Job Title: AR Caller - US Healthcare

Location: Chennai

Work Days: Monday to Friday

Shift: Night Shift (US Process)

Transport: Two-way cab provided

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Verify patients insurance eligibility, benefits, coverage details, and policy validity by contacting US insurance companies.
- Obtain prior authorizations for hospital services, procedures, admissions, and diagnostic tests as required.
- Coordinate with insurance providers and hospital billing teams to ensure timely authorization approvals
- Document verification results, authorization numbers, reference IDs,



and follow-up details accurately in the system.
- Follow up on pending authorizations, resolve insurance-related queries, and ensure compliance with payer guidelines and hospital billing procedures.
- Resolve billing and payment issues
- Update claim status accurately in the system
- Meet daily productivity and quality targets

Eligibility Criteria

- Any degree
- Good English communication skills (mandatory)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Robust analytical and problem-solving ability
- Willingness to work in night shift
