Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for an AR & AP Executive specializing in QuickBooks and working in a night/US shift. The role involves managing accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, including issuing and tracking invoices, monitoring payments, and maintaining accurate financial records in QuickBooks. The team member will reconcile customer and vendor accounts, follow up on outstanding payments, and support debt collection activities in alignment with company policies.

Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing financial reports, supporting month-end closing, ensuring compliance with internal controls,



and coordinating with operations and customer service teams to resolve billing or payment discrepancies. The role requires regular communication with US-based stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate financial transactions and reporting.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Finance skills, including AR/AP processing, basic accounting principles, and experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, reconcile accounts, identify discrepancies, and support decision-making.
- Candidates should possess transparent and professional Communication skills for coordinating with clients, internal teams, and US-based stakeholders across time zones.
- Candidates should possess experience in Invoicing, including generating, reviewing, and tracking invoices, as well as ensuring accurate billing and timely payment processing.
- Candidates should possess Debt Collection capabilities, such as structured follow-ups on overdue accounts, negotiating payment plans, and maintaining professional client relationships.
- Relevant qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in commerce, finance, accounting, or a related field, and prior experience in AR/AP or bookkeeping roles.
- Additional beneficial skills include proficiency with MS Excel, attention to detail, ability to work effectively in a night/US shift, and familiarity with logistics or freight forwarding operations.
