Role Description This is a full-time, on-site AR & AP Associate role based in Noida. The AR & AP Associate will manage day-to-day accounts receivable and accounts payable activities, including preparing and processing invoices, recording payments, and reconciling customer and vendor accounts in QuickBooks.

The role includes monitoring outstanding receivables, following up on overdue accounts, supporting structured debt collection efforts, and maintaining accurate billing records. The Associate will verify supporting documentation,



assist in month-end closing, generate financial reports as needed, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies. This position requires consistent collaboration with finance, operations, and customer service teams to ensure timely payments, proper documentation, and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

- Strong Finance and accounting knowledge, with hands-on experience in AR & AP processes and QuickBooks.
- Proficiency in Invoicing and billing operations, including accuracy in data entry and document management.
- Solid Analytical Skills for reconciling accounts, identifying variances, and supporting financial reporting.
- Effective Communication skills for coordinating with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Experience in structured Debt Collection, including professional follow-up on overdue payments.
- Relevant academic background in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced logistics environment.
- Familiarity with logistics or freight forwarding operations is an advantage.
