Are you an architect who enjoys transforming concepts into well-executed spaces? Elegant Interiors is looking for a technically strong, detail-oriented Architect who can work across architectural planning, construction drawings, interior detailing, and site coordination.

We welcome candidates with strong architectural and construction knowledge. Experience in interior design or turnkey execution will be an added advantage.

Position Details

- Designation: Architect
- Experience: 2–6 years
- Qualification: B.Arch from a recognised institution
- Location: Crossroads Mall, Dehradun
- Employment Type: Full-time, work from office
- Salary: ₹30,000–₹50,000 per month, depending on experience and skills

Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural plans, layouts, elevations, sections, and detailed working drawings.
- Prepare detailed drawings for civil works, joinery, ceilings, flooring, and interior installations.
- Coordinate architectural, structural, electrical, and plumbing drawings.
- Understand construction methods, building materials, and site execution requirements.
- Conduct site visits and ensure work adheres to approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with interior designers, civil engineers, contractors, vendors, and clients.
- Assist in BOQ preparation, quantity estimation, material selection, and technical documentation.




- Identify site discrepancies and propose practical, technically feasible solutions.
- Maintain drawing revisions, site records, and project documentation.
- Manage multiple assignments while meeting deadlines and quality standards.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and architectural working drawings.
- Good understanding of civil construction and building materials.
- Ability to interpret architectural and structural drawings.
- Robust technical detailing and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication, coordination, and teamwork abilities.
- Attention to detail and a responsible approach towards deadlines.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in residential or commercial interior projects.
- Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, or other 3D visualisation software.
- Experience with interior working drawings, BOQs, and site execution.
- Familiarity with turnkey interior projects and coordination with design teams.
