ABOUT THE ROLE
You follow up on unpaid and denied insurance claims for US healthcare providers. You call payers, check claim status, find out why a claim was denied or underpaid, and take the action that gets it paid.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Follow up with US insurance companies, by phone and payer portal, on unpaid and denied claims.
- Check claim status and identify the reason for each denial or underpayment.
- Take the next step to get the claim paid, including appeals and corrections.
- Document every call and action accurately.
- Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
- Work with your team lead to resolve recurring denial patterns.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- AR Associate: 1 to 3 years of US healthcare AR calling or denial management.
- Senior AR Associate: 3 to 5 years, comfortable with more complex accounts.
- Transparent spoken and written English.
- Comfortable with the US night shift, Monday to Friday, working from our Ghansoli office.
- Knowledge of the US healthcare claim lifecycle and denial codes is a plus.
