Wonder Cement is looking for dynamic, motivated, and disciplined Apprentice to join our state-of-the-art Packing Plant operations. This program is designed to provide fresh graduates and engineers with hands-on, real-world exposure to automated manufacturing, packaging machinery, and high-efficiency material handling systems in the cement industry.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must possess any of the following educational qualifications:
- B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering
- B.Sc. (Bachelor of Science) in relevant fields
- Graduate (Any stream with an incline toward industrial operations)
Note: Freshers and recent pass-outs looking for corporate/industrial training are highly encouraged to apply. Basic technical knowledge and a willingness to work in a plant setting are essential. Roles & Responsibilities
As an Apprentice in the Packing Plant, you will work closely with technicians and engineers to learn and manage daily plant workflows.
Your core duties will include:
- Operational Support: Assisting the plant team in monitoring automated electronic packing machines and truck-loading systems.
- Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Helping the mechanical/operational teams with routine maintenance checks and minor troubleshooting of equipment.
- Quality & Output Monitoring: Coordinating to ensure standard bag weights, tight seal quality, and zero-leakage packing operations.
- Data Reporting: Logging daily packing metrics, material dispatch schedules, and inventory changes.
- Safety & Compliance: Following all industrial safety procedures, wearing mandatory PPE, and maintaining a clean work environment.
