Konstruct and Live Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic, confident, and results-driven Appointment Setter to join our growing team in Dehradun.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and the ability to engage with potential clients, generate interest in our services, and schedule qualified appointments for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Reach out to potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Identify prospective customers and generate qualified leads.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team with interested prospects.
- Understand client requirements and communicate relevant information about the company's services.
- Follow up with potential clients to confirm appointments and maintain engagement.
- Maintain accurate records of conversations, appointments, and lead status in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth communication and appointment scheduling.
- Consistently work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly appointment-setting targets.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with prospective clients.

- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Comfortable with outbound calling and interacting with potential clients.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel, and email communication is preferred.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in appointment setting, lead generation, telecalling, or international sales will be an added advantage.
