We are looking for a skilled Application Engineer (Executive) to provide technical pre-sales support for CNC machining solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong machining knowledge, CNC programming expertise, and experience in conducting machining trials while working closely with customers and distributors.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical pre-sales application support to customers.
- Study engineering drawings and evaluate machining feasibility.
- Prepare machining cycle time estimation sheets.
- Inspect machined components using appropriate measuring instruments and gauges.
- Visit customer sites for technical discussions, demonstrations, and pre-sales support.
- Support exhibitions, open house events, IMTEX, and other technical events.
- Train and develop distributor application engineers (2–3 training sessions annually).
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver effective machining solutions.
- Maintain technical documentation and application reports.

Required Qualifications

Minimum Qualification

- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.

Preferred Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

- 4–8 years in CNC machining or application engineering.
- Experience in machine tool builders or precision component manufacturing.

- Turnkey machining project execution (Tooled-Up Projects)

- Customer-facing technical support
